The harbor on Gårdsøya is well protected just north of Brønnøysund center, with a road and parking right by the pier.The driveway from the main road is at Salhus by Bygger'n and Felleskjøpet.
The harbor consists of two floating jetties, one of 50 meters and one of 24 meters.There are marked guest places, no reservation, first come, first served, as well as permanent long-term places.

Rules in the marina We ask all our guests to help ensure that we have a good and safe haven for everyone!
The following rules apply:
The guest harbor fee must be paid on the GoMarina App within one hour of arrival and by 15.00 the following days. Failure to pay the fee entails an additional fee of NOK 500.00
All boat owners must ensure that moorings and fending are adapted to weather conditions. Gårdsøya Sailboat Harbor is not responsible for damage caused by wind or waves
It must be night rest from kl. 23.00. Music from the boats, regardless of time, should not be so loud that it can embarrass others.
It is recommended that everyone familiarize themselves with where safety equipment is located in the facility.
Each boat must have its own fire extinguishing equipment on board.
Dogs must be on a leash when they are at the wharf.
Only one power outlet per boat is allowed, and the connection must be in accordance with current rules.
Do not use more electricity or water than necessary!
It is strictly forbidden to empty or pump septic tanks, oil or oily liquids into the sea and the ground. This also includes oily bilge water from a boat. Violation will result in sanctions in the form of a police report and / or expulsion.
It is the owner's responsibility to insure his boat.
The boat is located in the facility at your own risk. The port is not responsible for inconveniences or damage that may be caused to the boat owner / boat, such as: (the list is not exhaustive):a. Moving of a boat, b. theft / vandalism applied to a boat or equipment, c. damage from weather and wind applied to a boat or equipment, d. damage to a person, e. damage to a boat or equipment due to faults at the facility, f .damage caused to a boat or equipment, directly or indirectly, by a third party.
If the boat owner / user inflicts damage to the port facility due to negligence / intent, the boat owner may be held liable for the damage and costs this entailils
General
All traffic on the piers takes place at your own risk.
Show consideration, avoid engine noise and exhaust.
Discharges into the harbor basin are prohibited. Waste is thrown in rubbish bins.
Make sure that power cables and water hoses do not obstruct traffic on the pier.
Open fires and barbecues are not permitted in boats, firewood or moored to the pier facility or on the piers.
The port is not responsible for theft / vandalism.
Anchoring ban in the entire guest harbor due to moring chains.
Business activities and boat repairs are not permitted without special permission from the company.
